I actually had a secret crush on her a while back, but never opened up to her. Tried to avoid her because she is not in ‘my league’. I am sure she doesn’t know anything about it.
So ladies, please enlighten me here!! If you ask a guy to be your partner for the dance classes, does it mean you are interested in him?

Maybe, maybe not. but taking you to the salsa class means that she feels comfortable with you as salsa is a very intimate dance once you get into it.
Just go along and enjoy yourself is the best way and when you’ve been going a couple of times ask her out somewhere. Maybe to a dance party or something where you can use your new knowledge. The possibilities are endless with this scenario. You can hardly miss out, even if she’s not thinking of you in that light for now.
Just be yourself, don’t try too hard, and relax.

Well it depends on her personality, either one of two things would cause her to ask:
1. She is interested in you
2. She is afraid that going alone would mean she would have to dance with other people and wants you there in case they’re all weird so that she can just dance with you!
I am a woman, also not a teenager anymore (by a long shot)and in an English Country Dance class that started about 5 years ago, and the first class…i wouldn’t go alone, it seems to be a pattern there, guys will show up alone, but whenever there is a new girl that joins, they always have a friend/hubby/buffer with them.
So if she has a pretty strong personality and would be the type of person to go alone…looks like you ruled out one of those answers.
